The playing of instruments is strictly forbidden during the midday rest (1:00 pm to 3:00 pm) and between 7:00 pm to 8:00 am. In the other times no music may be played for more than two hours a day.

The playing needs of children must be adequately taken into account. In particular, they may play on the designated areas. For safety reasons, they must not be in the basement, in the underground garages or similar community facilities. Children may play in the yard and the house belonging to the house, pitch tents and paddling pool, as far as this does not lead to unreasonable harassment for the co-tenants or damage to the system. The keeping of the playground and the sandbox and its surroundings is one of the tasks of the parents whose children play there. Even the children themselves are called to ensure cleanliness in their play area. The parents of the playing children have to make sure that the used toy is put away after the end of the game. The playgrounds are also accessible to friends of the children living in the house.

For security reasons, front doors, cellar entrances and courtyard doors must be kept closed between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am. House and courtyard entrances, stairs and corridors are to be kept free as escape routes. This excludes the parking of prams, walking aids and wheelchairs, as far as this does not block escape routes and other roommates are unreasonably obstructed. Barbecuing with charcoal is not allowed on the balconies. For grilling, a suitable area is available near the building. In the case of leaks and other defects in the gas and water pipes, the responsible utility company and the landlord must be informed immediately. If a smell of gas is noticed in a room, it must not be entered with the light on. Electric switches are not to be operated. The windows should be opened, the main stopcock should be closed immediately. Cellar, storage and staircase windows are to be kept closed in the cold season. Roof windows must be closed and locked in rain and storm.

House and property are to be kept in a clean and pure condition. According to a cleaning plan put up by the landlord, the tenants must alternately clean the corridors, stairs, windows and attic rooms, access ways outside the house, the yard, the stand of the garbage containers and the sidewalk in front of the house. The household garbage may only be disposed of in the designated garbage cans and containers. On a consistent separation of the garbage is to be respected. Special waste and bulky goods do not belong in these containers. They are to be disposed of separately according to the statute of the city. Flower boards and flower boxes must be securely attached to the balcony or on the windowsill. When watering flowers, make sure that water does not run down the wall and drip onto the windows and balconies of other tenants. Ventilate The apartment is also in the cold season enough to ventilate. This is done by opening the windows as short as possible but sufficient. The parking of bicycles is basically only allowed on the designated areas and in the bicycle storage.
Pets
