Rules

The house rules govern the coexistence of all roommates of the house. It contains rights and duties. It applies to all residents. The playing of instruments is strictly forbidden during the midday rest (1:00 pm to 3:00 pm) and between 7:00 pm to 8:00 am. In the other times no music may be played for more than two hours a day.

The playing needs of children must be adequately taken into account. In particular, they may play on the designated areas. For safety reasons, they must not be in the basement, in the underground garages or similar community facilities. Children may play in the yard and the house belonging to the house, pitch tents and paddling pool, as far as this does not lead to unreasonable harassment for the co-tenants or damage to the system. The keeping of the playground and the sandbox and its surroundings is one of the tasks of the parents whose children play there. Flower boards and flower boxes must be securely attached to the balcony or on the windowsill.
